When scheduling your treatment, a 50% deposit is necessary to secure your booking. This deposit can be transferred to an alternative date provided that a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. However, deposits become non-refundable within the 48-hour window leading up to the scheduled appointment.

While we take every measure to provide exceptional care and expertise in our procedures and product offerings, it's important to acknowledge that they may not be suitable for every individual. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to assess whether a particular treatment aligns with your needs and preferences.

Please be advised that the outcome shade of your teeth following the treatment cannot be predetermined, as each individual's teeth exhibit unique characteristics. 

Prior to your teeth whitening session, we will illustrate the potential outcomes using our shade chart, marking both your initial shade and the expected improvement.

Stipulated under each treatment we provide how many shades we can guarantee. Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for unrealistic expectations. 

Additionally, refunds for services rendered are not provided.
